Refund & Exchange Policy – Easy Returns for Your Medical Scrubs

We are confident you’ll love your Hero Scrubs but f something isn't quite right, we've made our returns process as easy as possible.

Our Returns Policy

30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items for a refund or exchange.

Keep it Fresh: Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please note, all sale items are final and not eligible for return.

Easy as 1, 2, 3:

1. Initiate Your Return: Contact us at hello@heroscrubs.com.au to let us know you'd like to make a return. We'll provide you with shipping instructions.

2. Pack it Up: Repack your items securely in the original packaging (if possible).

3. Send it Back: Ship your return to the provided address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Speedy refunds:Once your return is received and processed, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Simple Exchanges: If you need a different size or colour, just let us know and we'll happily exchange your items.

Flattering and I get compliments constantly!

I don’t usually get excited about scrubs, but these are honestly the most flattering I’ve worn. They shape really nicely at the waist and don’t ride up or cling weirdly. I’ve had a few coworkers ask me where I got them—and even a patient told me I looked stylish in my uniform!

Best quality scrubs I’ve ever owned

I’ve gone through so many different scrub brands over the years and honestly, these are the best by far. The quality just feels better—like thicker but still soft, and nothing’s come loose or faded after heaps of washes.

These scrubs come out of the wash looking smooth and ready to wear. I hang them to dry and they look freshly pressed, which is amazing because I never iron. The fabric doesn’t wrinkle like others I’ve owned, and it saves me so much time before work.

Finally, black scrubs that don’t cling!

So many scrubs I’ve tried are either too baggy or clingy in the wrong places. These fit like a dream—snug at the waist, roomy at the hips. Plus, no pet hair sticks to them as much as I expected (I am a Vet). 10/10.

Finally—a pink that looks good on everyone!

I was nervous ordering pink scrubs because some shades can really wash me out, but this one is perfect.
