Our Returns Policy
30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items for a refund or exchange.
Keep it Fresh: Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Easy as 1, 2, 3:
1. Initiate Your Return: Contact us at hello@heroscrubs.com.au to let us know you'd like to make a return. We'll provide you with shipping instructions.
2. Pack it Up: Repack your items securely in the original packaging (if possible).
3. Send it Back: Ship your return to the provided address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Speedy refunds: Once your return is received and processed, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Simple Exchanges: If you need a different size or colour, just let us know and we'll happily exchange your items.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at hello@heroscrubs.com.au
We'll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
