Q: Refunds and Exchanges

Speedy Refunds: Once your return is received and processed, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Simple Exchanges (Australia Only): If you need a different size or colour, just let us know and we’ll happily exchange your items—subject to stock availability. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but we’ll cover the cost of sending the new item back to you. International Orders: Due to limited stock availability, international customers will need to place a new order for the desired size. We’ll issue a refund for the original item once it is returned to us.

We are confident you’ll love your Hero Scrubs but if something isn't quite right, we've made our returns process as easy as possible.

Our Returns Policy

30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items for a refund or exchange.

Keep it Fresh: Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please note, all sale items are final and not eligible for return.

Easy as 1, 2, 3:

1. Initiate Your Return: Contact us at hello@heroscrubs.com.au to let us know you'd like to make a return. We'll provide you with shipping instructions.

2. Pack it Up: Repack your items securely in the original packaging (if possible).

3. Send it Back: Ship your return to the provided address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

These scrubs come out of the wash looking smooth and ready to wear. I hang them to dry and they look freshly pressed, which is amazing because I never iron. The fabric doesn’t wrinkle like others I’ve owned, and it saves me so much time before work.
