Shipping within Australia
Standard delivery Australia-wide is a flat $12.95.
Express delivery is a flat $16.
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Gold Coast warehouse.
Delivery times
Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days to metro areas, and up to 10 days for regional.
Express delivery usually arrives in 1–3 business days to metro, and up to 5 days for regional.
During peak periods (Black Friday / Christmas), timeframes may extend slightly.
Order tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear after pickup.
International shipping
Express international shipping is flat rate of $50 on all orders.
We currently do not ship to the United States or Canada due to import and tariff restrictions.
