How to measure your scrubs

All measurements shown are garment measurements (not body measurements). Lay your favourite scrub set flat and follow these guidelines:

Bust/chest: Measure straight across the chest, then double the number.
Top length: Highest shoulder point to hem.
Sleeve length: Shoulder seam to sleeve edge.
Waist (pants): Measure waistband relaxed, then double.
Hip: Measure straight across the fullest part of hips, then double.
Inseam: Measure from the inner leg seam down to the hem.

Confidence in Every Size

Hero Scrubs are graded so the top and pant fit perfectly together. Our stretchy waistband adapts to your body, so even if your top and bottom sizes differ slightly, a matching set will still feel comfortable, balanced and flattering.

If you prefer a more relaxed or oversized look, simply size up – the proportions will still sit beautifully as a matching set.

How our sizing compares

Hero Scrubs follow standard Australian sizing. If you already know your size in other scrub brands, you’ll usually choose the same size in Hero Scrubs. This guide applies to both men and women:

Cherokee – Choose the same size you normally wear in Cherokee.
FIGS – Choose the same size you wear in FIGS. If you prefer a more relaxed feel, you can size up one in Hero Scrubs.
Gorman – Choose the same size you wear in Gorman scrubs.
NNT – Choose the same size you normally wear in NNT scrubs.
Scrub Lab – Choose the same size you wear in Scrub Lab.
